YOUTH CAHN (CITY AIDS HOUSING NETWORK)

Youth CAHis the youth organizing project of the NYC AIDS Housing Network.  It is comprised of HIV+, at risk or affected young people.  Many of the members of Youth CAHN have experienced homelessness or have directly seen the effects that the AIDS epidemic has had on their communities.  Youth CAHN was created in order to help our members incorporate their entire family into the work that we are doing.

If you are between the ages of 13-24 and you want to find out how young people can change the world, YOUTH CAHN is the place to you!

Youth CAHN meets every single Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. at 80A Fourth Avenue, Brooklyn, b/t St. Marks & Bergen Sts.   Take the 2,3,4,5,Q,D,M,N,R train to Atlantic/Pacific Sts. and during the summer, Youth CAHN comes together every single day from 10-5 to strategize how to organize their community, attend POWER Academy and to teach and learn about HIV.
