The
NYC AIDS Housing Network (NYCAHN) is a membership organization
comrpised and led by low-income people living with HIV/AIDS.
Given that housing is a human right, it is our mission to empower
low-income people living with HIV/AIDS to organize our community
including the nonprofits that serve us, to advocate for more housing,
better housing and sound public policies for people living with
HIV/AIDS.
We
were co-founded by Joe
Bostic & Joe Capestany and
scores of others from our community of homeless people living
with HIV/AIDS.
NYCAHN
seeks to increase the democratic participation of our members
and build their power in our society in order to bring about real
social change.
We
